Sebastian Raczek

Board member, CHRO

Sebastian Raczek is an Associate Partner and responsible for Human Resources and Portfolio Management. He lives the syracom guiding principle: "We are a successful company with a start-up mentality and heart". These values and orientation shape the work in his areas. Thanks to his many years of experience from various management positions, he supports syracom with his expertise in growth and strategic orientation.

Board member, Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

Dr. Philip Tauschek combines business expertise with IT passion. With more than 20 years of experience in management, business and IT consulting, he focuses on business development - particularly in the financial services and IT environment.

Florian Raczek

Member of the management, Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Florian Raczek is CIO at syracom and responsible for the IT portfolio. He works intensively with current IT trends and integrates them into the syracom portfolio.

 

Heiko Krott

Member of the management, Chief Transformation Officer (CTO)

"bee one - have fun" is the motto under which Heiko Krott is responsible for, lives and orchestrates the agile design of our organisation and cooperation. He has been developing the company in line with our values since 2005.

Sandra Hardt

Member of the management, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Sandra Hardt has been with syracom for nearly 25 years. With her strong social skills, she always puts people first. As a member of management, she is responsible for the divisions administration and back office and also supports the management in the financial sector.

Marc Claas

For 25 years, Marc has been bridging the gap between customers and development teams. He is responsible for the product management of PINQ and proceeds potential topics until they are ready for the market.
