In March 2016, syracom gets a new logo and the new website is launched.
With the hexagon in the center of the logo, syracom now positions itself as a business efficiency engineering company. The hexagon is considered the most efficient and stable shape in nature.

Award for successful processes in the financial industry.
The process submitted by DZ BANK together with syracom.
"Retail workbench automation of the issuing process for structured investment products" was awarded 3rd place. There was a total of 19 process entries.

In the nation's largest survey of insiders and clients on the consulting industry, syracom receives the "Best Consultants" award.
Out of more than 15,000 consultancies operating in Germany, 278 made it onto the list.

syracom becomes part of the Consileon Group through Consileon's strategic investment.

Expansion into Switzerland
March 2029, the syracom group of companies opens a subsidiary in Zurich with syracom Schweiz AG.

Expansion of the Management Board of Consulting.
At the beginning of April, Natascha Schwarz becomes a member of the board of syracom Consulting. At syracom, she realizes her philosophy of customer-oriented sales in a small, agile company.

The PINQ software solution is launched.
In August, the syracom solution PINQ goes live and replaces the former legacy system of Commerzbank Cowin as Cowin-Web.

The group of companies positions itself as "The Business and IT Architects" and thus combines the two business areas of IT consulting with business consulting into one joint consulting offering.

Foundation of syracom Consulting GmbH in Wiesbaden by Günther Jakobi. The focus of the consulting is on business process consulting in addition to the IT consulting of syracom Software AG.
At the same time syracom goes to the south and opens a branch office in Munich.
