Our Secure Login (2FA) apps offer various methods for two-factor authentication (2FA) for the Atlassian applications Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket. In addition to the use of PIN codes generated via mobile authenticator apps such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, the app also supports hardware tokens, provided they are compatible with the TOTP standard (Time-based One-Time Password) in accordance with RFC 6238. Examples of such hardware tokens are devices from manufacturers such as Token2.
In addition, Secure Login enables the use of FIDO2/WebAuthn devices, such as YubiKeys, for even more secure authentication.
Thus, the app offers flexible options for using two-factor authentication in your Atlassian applications, including both software-based and hardware-based solutions.
