Founder, former Chief Executive Officer

Joachim Raczek shaped syracom as the creative head of the company. He founded the consultancy in 1998. With his presence at eye level, he significantly influenced the open, partnership-based corporate culture. To this day, he supports syracom with his network, strategic development and his heartfelt desire to further establish sustainability, particularly in the area of social responsibility, within the company.

Günther Jakobi

Founder, former board member

As a passionate consultant, his favourite challenge was working on projects for customers. In 2000, he co-founded syracom Consulting and also held various management positions. As a board member, he was responsible for the central HR division. He still supports the company today as a member of the Supervisory Board.

Natascha Schwarz

Natascha Schwarz is known as a networker with a heart. The business IT specialist has more than 20 years of consulting experience in the finance and IT sector and played a key role in shaping syracom as a board member for many years. She still supports the expansion of the most important syracom accounts today.
