As part of a comprehensive validation, PINQ “Process INQuiries Management System” received the 2010 SWIFTNet Ready Label for Exceptions and Investigations from the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications (SWIFT). Thus PINQ has been granted for the sixth time as an innovative solution for the standardisation and automation of the inquiry management for transaction processes. PINQ is already fulfilling the future SWIFT requirements of SWIFTNet Exceptions and Investigations today.
