In 2011 the solution PINQ by Syracom again has successfully completed the annual technical validation to obtain the new SWIFTReady Exceptions and Investigation Label. Thus PINQ has been granted for the seventh time as an innovative solution for the standardisation and automation of the inquiry management for transaction processes. The current SWIFT E&I Label was obtained for the PINQ Process INQuiries Management System 4.2 .
The first time when Syracom received the label was in 2005. The successful renewal of the label demonstrates Syracom's continuous commitment to the financial industry to provide a SWIFT certified solution.
