Syracom collects and saves information in their server log files. This includes the host name of the accessing computer (IP Adress). This information is saved for security purposes. However no personal exploitation/application of this data takes place. The statistical evaluation of anonymous data records may be carried out. The storing of information is necessary for data security, in order to ensure the stability and the reliability of our system.

Data you submit to us on contact forms are forwarded to us by our e-mail provider in a secure environment and are immediately deleted after we reply. We do not use this data for any other reason than to respond to your inquiries. Your data are not shared with third parties.

If you have submitted an application to us, your data will be processed and stored in accordance with our standard application process. Your data are sent directly to our HR department and are treated with strict confidentiality there. Your application is processed and stored in SYRACOM's applicant data base for the sole reason of processing your online application. You data are automatically deleted no later than three months after the application procedure is completed.
In order to protect you stored personal data from unauthorized access and abuse, we have comprehensive technological and operational safety measures in place. Our safety procedures are inspected regularly and adapted to technological advances.

Upon written request, we will be happy to inform you in writing if and what personal data about you are stored with us.

You may always demand that your data are corrected or deleted. You may always withdraw your agreement effective for the future.
