In November 2007 Syracom introduced the quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2002. In the recent years the company focused on the field of software development (in the meantime ISO 9001: 2008).
In 2016 DQS confirmed that the agile process methodology applied for the development of SYRACOM solution PINQ corresponds to the quality standard.
SYRACOM opted for an agile process methodology to ensure internal communication between sales, architects and developers and to respond flexibly to customer requirements. Supported by automation in the field build, deployment and quality assurance, the business and IT consulting therefore provides both regular releases in high quality and sprint results upon individual customer request.
